Room Attendant

The Lygon Arms is a historic hotel in the heart of Broadway, offering 86 bedrooms, beautiful gardens and a warm, welcoming atmosphere for guests and team members alike.

We're looking for a Room Attendant to join our friendly, close-knit housekeeping team, led by a highly supportive Head Housekeeper and Deputy Head Housekeeper who work alongside the team and genuinely care about standards, wellbeing and teamwork.

The role:

This is a hands-on, practical role at the heart of the hotel.

• Cleaning and preparing guest bedrooms to a high standard
• Ensuring rooms are welcoming, well-presented and comfortable
• Replenishing amenities and reporting any maintenance issues
• Working as part of a supportive team to achieve daily room targets
• Taking pride in your work and contributing to a positive team atmosphere

About you:

• Experience in housekeeping is helpful but not essential - training provided
• You take pride in doing a job well and notice the details
• Reliable, practical and happy being hands-on
• A team player who enjoys working in a friendly environment
• Flexible and positive, with a can-do attitude
