Role overview

As part of the Housekeeping team you will ensure all guest bedrooms within the hotel are cleaned on a daily basis to the highest standards.

You will interact with guests, so conversational English is essential. You will work independently for periods of time.

You will be a vital cog in the Malmaison machine ensuring all bedrooms are clean and tidy for guest arrival and continued stays.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest bedrooms daily, ensuring all rooms are tidy before guest arrival and throughout their stay.
• Use housekeeping equipment and chemicals safely.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.

Requirements

• Conversations in English and the ability to work independently.
• Positive attitude and desire to make a difference.
• Physical fitness to perform the required tasks.
• Experience in a similar role not required; full training will be provided.

Flexibility & Shift pattern

Predominantly work set shifts, usually between 9 am-3 pm, 5 days out of 7. Shift start times can be flexible between 9 am-10 am; earlier start times can be discussed at interview, as well as flexible contracts or weekend work.
