Roofer - Newtownabbey

Roofer required to work with our client the Northern Ireland Housing Executive. This is a temporary position for a minimum of 3 months with the possibility of an extension, this role will be based in Newtownabbey.
The hours of work will be Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 4.30pm and Friday 8.30am to 4.00pm with a pay rate of £14.35 per hour.
The main duties include removing old roof coverings and replacing with new styles, renewing or rebedding chimney pots, surveying an correctly identifying faults to pitched and flat roofs, correctly replacing slates or tile patches, insulation of roof spaces, corresponding with other trade professionals and adhering to health and safety regulations whilst operating tools and equipment.
What We Need From You
- Must have at least 1 years roofing experience
- Must be proficient in ICT
- Full clean driving licence with access to own vehicle
- CSR Card
- Must be willing to undergo an Access NI police check
