We're looking for a Roaming Recovery Practitioner for our Surrey Service. As a Roaming Recovery Practitioner you will:

• Deliver excellent drug and alcohol services to service users and their significant others, including family members, friends and carers, to facilitate positive outcomes.
• Manage a case load and coordinate and deliver assessment and evidence based interventions (brief and structured), recovery planning and aftercare planning.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and key stakeholders across multidisciplinary teams, ensuring adherence with all Via policies and safeguarding principles.
• Support the team across the service to help with capacity.
