Job Description
Overview

x+why was founded in 2019 by three determined entrepreneurs with a clear mission: business should be a force for good. We operate over 400,000 sq ft of hospitality-led coworking, event, and members' clubspaces for 5,000+ members across 15 sites in London, Birmingham, Manchester and Milton Keynes.

Responsibilities
  • Based at the front desk, warmly welcome all members and visitors, conduct regular site checks, respond to and action email inquiries from current and prospective members, and book meeting rooms.
  • Liaise with 3rd party suppliers, manage site stock and support member engagement events.
  • Roam across multiple London sites to cover absence, support busy periods, or help deliver larger events, ensuring each site runs smoothly.
Qualifications
  • Ideally, experience in a front-of-house role within a premium hospitality brand or co-working environment, with confidence in flexing across multiple sites.
  • Strong brand ambassador with patience, composure and kindness, able to deliver exceptional service with warmth and consistency.
  • Hours are Monday to Friday with 2 rotating shifts (8am-5pm and 9am-6pm).
  • All applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
