Noble Recruiting are currently recruiting an experienced Road Freight Forwarder to join a well-established and reputable logistics business based in Maldon, Essex. This is a full time, office based position offering long term stability within a professional and supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Arrange full loads, part loads and groupage shipments across UK and European routes
• Manage LCL and FCL movements
• Liaise with hauliers, carriers, drivers and warehouse teams
• Monitor shipments and proactively resolve delays or operational issues
• Provide accurate shipment updates to customers
• Maintain precise transport documentation and billing records
• Ensure compliance with customs procedures and relevant transport regulations

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in Road Freight Forwarding or Road Freight Operations
• Strong knowledge of UK and European road freight movements
• Familiarity with customs procedures
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to manage multiple shipments within tight deadlines
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Commercial awareness and negotiation skills advantageous
• Driver with own transport desirable due to location
