RLS Program Lead: Defence Training & Logistics

OMNIA Training seeks a Real Life Support Lead to drive the RLS service across the British Army training programme. You will lead the RLS team, coordinate planning, design and delivery of tailored exercise solutions, and ensure governance and risk management across the transformation lifecycle.

This role requires extensive experience in defence training support, multi stakeholder leadership, and the ability to deploy internationally when needed; you will work with F&A, Logistics, Security
