Key Responsibilities
Oversee the uplift of the Risk Framework with a primary focus on Operational Risk
Coordinate and support the revision and standardization of controls, policies, and procedure documents
Review and improve the language, structure, and clarity of risk and procedural documentation
Work closely with the lead Risk Officer to provide hands-on support across the division
Liaise with 15+ teams (ranging from 2 to 10+ members per team) to gather inputs, facilitate revisions, and drive accountability
Act as the central point of coordination for risk control updates across the organization
Proactively follow up with stakeholders, provide reminders, and ensure timely delivery of tasks
Provide "hand-holding" support to teams unfamiliar with documentation standards or the change process
Ensure documentation standards are met to avoid repeated queries or compliance gaps
Collaborate with team-based Risk Officers and process owners to finalize and validate control documents
Key Requirements
Proven experience in Operational Risk, Risk Governance, or Controls Uplift projects
Strong documentation, editing, and compliance experience - especially in reviewing controls and procedures
Exceptional stakeholder management and coordination skills, with the patience and persistence to chase, follow up, and manage competing priorities
Ability to work across large and complex organizational structures with multiple business units and varying maturity levels
Adept at managing documentation across 100+ controls and multiple process owners
Strong written and verbal communication in English; ability to refine and standardize documentation language
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively with a variety of teams
Professional, detail-oriented, and committed to quality and follow-through
Nice to Have
Experience in Financial Services, Banking, or Insurance
Familiarity with GRC tools or control libraries
Project management or coordination experience in enterprise change programs
