Account Manager to oversee our third-party (3P) laboratory network and monitor operational performance. Responsibilities include driving Selling Partner awareness, organizing educational events, and managing feedback between laboratories and partners.
Key job responsibilities- Implement laboratory testing and certification activities aligned with Amazon policy.
- Execute TIC laboratory onboarding in terms of the SOP.
- Lead regular online/offline training sessions to address laboratories testing challenges.
- Assist in preparing documentation including operation manuals, video tutorials, and FAQs.
- Analyze laboratory performance metrics, identify potential issues, and propose improvement plans to drive performance enhancement.
- Assess laboratory compliance with Amazon requirements through regular audits and other activities.
- Collaborate closely with the Program Manager and Risk Manager to ensure smooth implementation of laboratory testing and certification services.
- Provide monthly lab performance reports to cross risk control teams, including data-driven insights and improvement recommendations.
- Track testing request statuses regularly and escalate critical issues and laboratory questions to the Program Manager.
- Implement process improvements based on laboratory and seller feedback.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- 4+ years of compliance program management, legal, governance, audit, risk/loss prevention, or equivalent experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Experience handling confidential information.
- 3+ years of experience in program requirements definition, leveraging data and metrics to drive improvements.
- Professional auditing qualification or similar risk or compliance credentials.
- Experience with SQL and Excel.
