Account Manager to oversee our third-party (3P) laboratory network and monitor operational performance. Responsibilities include driving Selling Partner awareness, organizing educational events, and managing feedback between laboratories and partners.

Key job responsibilities
  1. Implement laboratory testing and certification activities aligned with Amazon policy.
  2. Execute TIC laboratory onboarding in terms of the SOP.
  3. Lead regular online/offline training sessions to address laboratories testing challenges.
  4. Assist in preparing documentation including operation manuals, video tutorials, and FAQs.
  5. Analyze laboratory performance metrics, identify potential issues, and propose improvement plans to drive performance enhancement.
  6. Assess laboratory compliance with Amazon requirements through regular audits and other activities.
  7. Collaborate closely with the Program Manager and Risk Manager to ensure smooth implementation of laboratory testing and certification services.
  8. Provide monthly lab performance reports to cross risk control teams, including data-driven insights and improvement recommendations.
  9. Track testing request statuses regularly and escalate critical issues and laboratory questions to the Program Manager.
  10. Implement process improvements based on laboratory and seller feedback.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • 4+ years of compliance program management, legal, governance, audit, risk/loss prevention, or equivalent experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience handling confidential information.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3+ years of experience in program requirements definition, leveraging data and metrics to drive improvements.
  • Professional auditing qualification or similar risk or compliance credentials.
  • Experience with SQL and Excel.
