We are looking for an exceptional Risk Manager to join our BAR team to lead automation solutions from scratch (LLM, ML model-based, Python). Our team supports and optimizes processes across operations sites to minimize defects and improve SX. We build new models and optimization tools that help scale quality audit mechanisms.
Key job responsibilities- Designing systems that increase critical-to-quality (CTQ) business needs by improving integration of people, materials, equipment, software, and finance.
- Leveraging and integrating advanced technology like LLM and automation into process design to maximize ROI and minimize costs.
- Innovating and designing new or improved processes to support business needs.
- Conducting detailed process analysis including time and motion studies, safety/ergonomic, process complexity, cost, and environmental impact analysis.
- Recommending and implementing changes to procedures, work methods, and labor standards based on these analyses.
- Managing projects and changes from conception to completion.
- Building and publishing critical data to understand financial opportunities and continuous improvement activities, analyzing root causes using statistical tools, and supporting report and executive document creation.
- Experience working in or supporting a fast-paced operations environment.
Business Assessment and Reinforcement (BAR) owns risk mining and audit for high-judgment complex decisions, including inventory disposal and funds withholding decisions that may end in litigation. We support SPIV & FRM organizations to improve investigation judgment and enforcement decision accuracy, and drive operational excellence based on process inspection and partner requirements. We implement operational efficiency solutions by identifying and fixing gaps where confirmed bad actors have a good experience or good sellers have a bad experience.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- 4+ years of experience in compliance program management, legal, governance, audit, risk/loss prevention, or equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Experience handling confidential information.
- Professional auditing qualification or similar risk or compliance credentials.
- 3+ years of experience in defining program requirements and leveraging data and metrics to drive improvements.
- Experience with SQL and Excel.
