Risk Intelligence Services Lead

London Stock Exchange Group is seeking a Risk Intelligence Service Manager in London to own and drive end-to-end service management across incident, problem, change and continuity domains.

You will lead a 24x7 incident response in a matrix environment, coordinate resilience initiatives and champion continuous service improvement while partnering with technology, risk and business stakeholders to ensure service levels and risk controls are met.
