Job Description
Overview 
I'm currently working on an exciting opportunity with a leading financial institution in London, who are looking to hire a Risk & Finance Data Governance Analyst (AVP level) to join their growing EMEA Data Office. This role plays a key part in supporting the firm's BCBS239 programme, focusing on improving data governance across Risk and Finance domains.
Responsibilities- Support BCBS239 programme by improving data governance across Risk and Finance data domains.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data quality and metadata management practices are applied consistently.
- Contribute to data governance initiatives that enhance regulatory reporting readiness.
- Strong experience in data governance, data quality, and metadata management
- Solid understanding of BCBS239 and regulatory reporting (e.g. LCR, COREP, PRA110)
- Exposure to Risk and Finance data domains
- Hands-on experience with tools like Collibra, SQL, Python, or VBA
- Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
- Experience working in regulated financial environments
Rate: £500 inside IR35
Location: London (3 days in office)
