Risk & Compliance Operations Lead

Deciphex Limited is seeking a hands-on risk and compliance professional to own the Group's risk and ESG data delivery across Ireland, the UK, the US and Canada. You will drive incident governance, insurance coordination, and vendor risk while coordinating with senior leaders to surface critical issues.

This role is a practical, execution-focused role with real ownership, involving cross functional collaboration, strong data discipline, and end-to-end management of risk registers, audits, and
