Risk & Compliance Graduate Programme: Shape Strategy

Howden in London offers a Risk & Compliance Graduate Programme with a two-year rotation across four specialist teams. You'll spend six months in each area to build a broad understanding of risk and compliance within the insurance industry.

No experience is required; graduates from any degree background are welcome. You will study towards the ICA Advanced Certificate and gain practical exposure to governance, risk assessments, and data analytics.
