Ring setter

For our client, a high-end setting company located in La Chaux-de-Fonds, we are looking for a long-term temporary position (permanent contract), a Setter (H/F). Activity: In this role, within the Clothing Division, you will be responsible for carrying out setting work, both baguette and invisible, according to the brand's criteria. Responsibilities: Primarily perform baguette and invisible setting of various types of stones and on all types of materials (gold, steel). Master the different setting techniques: traditional, snow, closed, mechanical. Ensure quality work, precision, and finish of the completed pieces. Profile sought: CFC or BMA in setting or considered equivalent; Minimum 3 years of experience in traditional setting; Minimum 1 year of experience in baguette and invisible setting; Mastery of baguette, invisible, and snow setting techniques; Knowledge of claw techniques is an advantage; Excellent visual acuity and very good manual dexterity; You work in a meticulous, precise, rigorous, and autonomous manner; You are calm and have excellent quality control abilities; Team spirit.
