We're looking for enthusiastic and safety focused Ride Operators to help deliver unforgettable experiences for our guests. If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast paced environment, and take pride in providing excellent customer service, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging warmly with guests and ensuring all ride requirements are met.
• Operate rides safely and confidently, completing safety checks, following procedures, and reporting any faults or incidents.
• Maintain clean, safe, and well presented ride areas at all times.
• Ensure correct access procedures for all guests, including disabled access and height checks.
• Follow emergency, fire, and health & safety procedures, always prioritising the safety of guests and colleagues.
• Handle guest issues professionally, escalating concerns to a Team Leader or Manager when needed.

Work Schedule

• Weekend availability is required.
• Shifts may vary depending on operational needs.
• Flexible lunch shifts are available, typically from 11:30am to 2:30-3:00pm, covering busy periods around the park.
• Own transport is required for flexible shifts.
