Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents, ensuring all needs are met.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with best practices and guidelines.
• Monitor and assess residents' conditions, making appropriate adjustments to care plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize care delivery.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all aspects of care provided.
• Support and mentor junior staff, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.
• Communicate effectively with residents' families, offering updates and reassurance.

Key Requirements

• Current and valid RGN PIN.
