Working Pattern:
- 27.5hours per week
- Monday to Friday
- 09:00am - 14:30pm
- Tearm Time Role

The Role:
- Assistin the preparation, service and sales of all food and beverages for the unit
- Provide the highest level of customer service in a consistent approach to anyone who uses the facility
- Work as part of the team to ensure service is delivered on time andato a consistently high standard
- Carry out all cleaning duties as per instruction from line manager or per unit cleaning rota
- Ensure kitchen and service areas are always clean and tidy
- Clear rooms of any trays, flasks.
- Be responsible forcash handling duties under your control
- Keep up to date with current promotions and new products
- Comply withall Health, Safety & Hygiene standards
- Comply withall HACCP regulations as necessary
- Follow procedures as directed on the correct handling and use of all cleaning materials.
- Complete any administration as requested which may include recording of food temperatures, updating cleaning schedules, cashing uptillsand recording daily sales figures on the system.
- Assistwith effective management of stock control
The Person:
- Demonstrable passion for providing good customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Good navigation and time management
- Workable knowledge of HACCP regulations
- Basic food hygiene certificate
- Basic statutory training for the role will require all candidates to have basic reading, writing,speakingand listening skills toassistin understanding safety and work, instructions and communicating with customer on a day-today basis.
