Working Pattern- 40 hours per week
- 5 out of 7 days
- Shifts between 04.00am - 08.30pm

- You will work as part of a team to provide an efficient and friendly service to customers, assisting as directed with all aspects of food preparation and presentation to high quality standards.
- You will comply with all HACCP regulations and all Health, Safety & Hygiene standards.
- You will maintain a hygienic and tidy environment; ensure tables, accompaning items and counters are kept clean and adequately supplied throughout the service period.
- You will check deliveries and food temperatures, complete records and operate the till as required.
- You will report defective equipment/utensils/work and floor surfaces or any other Health and Safety issues to your Line Manager.
- You will work effectively both independently and with a close working relationship with the team, communicating at all levels.
- Previous food handling experience
- High levels of personal hygiene and appearance
- Attention to detail in all aspects of the work

Basic statutory training is required; all candidates must have basic reading, writing, speaking and listening skills. The successful applicant's offer is subject to an Access NI (Basic) check prior to commencement.
