Working Pattern

• 30 hours per week
• Monday to Friday including weekends
• 8:00 am - 3:00 pm

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of cleaning service within your area of responsibility.
• Respond positively, politely and promptly to all customer requirements and carry out your duties in a professional manner.
• Provide a range of general cleaning services to include offices / meeting rooms and toilets.
• Ensure all stocks are replenished in your area of responsibility.
• Ensure regular checks are carried out on the equipment/machines used during hours of work and all equipment is left clean.
• Familiarise yourself with and follow all company procedures and regulations.
• Participate in the Health & Safety Policy of the company and report any dangers or hazards to your line manager.
• Ensure all offices, toilets and amenity areas are presented clean and tidy.
• Comply with all Health, Safety & Hygiene standards.
• Comply with all regulations as necessary.
• Report defective equipment / utensils / work surfaces or any other health and safety issues to your line manager.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• NVQ/SVQ Level One in Cleaning (Building Interiors) is an advantage but not essential.
• Previous work experience in customer service employment.
• Current BICS qualifications.
• Full valid driving licence.
• Access to own transport.
• Basic statutory training (reading, writing, speaking and listening skills) to understand safety and work instructions and communicate with customers on a day to day basis.
