Job Description

Working Pattern- 30 hours per week
- Monday to Friday including weekends
- 8:00 am - 3:00 pm
- 20 days' annual leave (pro rata)

- Provide the highest level of cleaning service within your area of responsibility.
- Respond positively, politely and promptly to all customer requirements and carry out your duties in a professional manner.
- Provide a range of general cleaning services to include offices / meeting rooms and toilets.
- Ensure all stocks are replenished in your area of responsibility.
- Ensure regular checks are carried out on the equipment/machines used during hours of work and all equipment is left clean.
- Familiarise yourself with and follow all company procedures and regulations.
- Participate in the Health & Safety Policy of the company and report any dangers or hazards to your line manager.
- Ensure all offices, toilets and amenity areas are presented clean and tidy.
- Comply with all Health, Safety & Hygiene standards.
- Comply with all regulations as necessary.
- Report defective equipment / utensils / work surfaces or any other health and safety issues to your line manager.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- NVQ/SVQ Level One in Cleaning (Building Interiors) is an advantage but not essential.
- Previous work experience in customer service employment.
- Current BICS qualifications.
- Full valid driving licence.
- Access to own transport.
- Basic statutory training (reading, writing, speaking and listening skills) to understand safety and work instructions and communicate with customers on a day to day basis.
