Working Pattern- 40 Hours Per Week
- Various Work Pattern Available
- Must be Available for Night and Weekends

- Responsibility for the day to day management of the unit.
- Carry out cleaning tasks to the highest standard according to company training, including the use of cleaning machinery.
- Compose staff schedules and manage staff holidays.
- Complete onsite quality audits.
- Replenish and control cleaning stocks, materials and PPE.
- Liaise with the client, central support functions and attend departmental meetings.
- Deal with complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct and record staff training and lead the team to reach goals and maintain standards.
- Comply with all Health, Safety & Hygiene standards.
- Comply with all HACCP (Hazard analysis of critical control points) regulations as required.
- Follow procedures as directed on the correct handling and use of all cleaning materials.
- Flexible approach to work and training, with regards to times and days worked.
- Excellent eye for detail and extremely high cleaning standard.
- Customer service focused.
- Communication skills and the ability to work under own initiative.
- Previous cleaning supervisory experience.
- Clean driving licence.
- Six months or more experience in a similar role.
- GCSE Maths and English at Grade C or above or equivalent.
