Role
  • Ensure all food is prepared and cooked to an exceptional standard and complies with HACCP regulations.
  • Prepare and maintain the service counter for the day.
  • Provide the highest level of customer service consistently.
  • Work with the team to deliver services on time and to the highest standard.
  • Complete required administration: record food temperatures, update cleaning schedules, cash up tills, record daily sales figures and manage the weekly estimated trading account (ETA).
  • Report defective equipment, utensils or floor surfaces to the relevant Head Office department.
  • Open and close all food outlets in accordance with company procedures.
Person
  • Attention to detail in all aspects of the work.
  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Leadership by example and embodiment of company values.
  • Enthusiasm and passion for customer service and reputation.
  • Self motivated, working independently and taking initiative.
  • Flexible with a positive, can do attitude.
  • Basic statutory training: reading, writing, speaking and listening skills to understand safety instructions and communicate with customers.
  • Proficient computer skills.
