Working Pattern- 37.5 hours per week
- Term time position
- 07:30 - 15:30

- Ensure all food is prepared and cooked to an exceptional standard and complies with HACCP regulations.
- Prepare and maintain the service counter for the day.
- Provide the highest level of customer service consistently.
- Work with the team to deliver services on time and to the highest standard.
- Complete required administration: record food temperatures, update cleaning schedules, cash up tills, record daily sales figures and manage the weekly estimated trading account (ETA).
- Report defective equipment, utensils or floor surfaces to the relevant Head Office department.
- Open and close all food outlets in accordance with company procedures.
- Attention to detail in all aspects of the work.
- Experience in a similar role.
- Leadership by example and embodiment of company values.
- Enthusiasm and passion for customer service and reputation.
- Self motivated, working independently and taking initiative.
- Flexible with a positive, can do attitude.
- Basic statutory training: reading, writing, speaking and listening skills to understand safety instructions and communicate with customers.
- Proficient computer skills.
