Working Pattern
  • 32.5 hours per week

The Role
  • Assisting in the smooth and efficient operation of the kitchens to ensure a consistent reputation for food quality is always maintained.
  • Ensuring the planning, preparation, cooking and presentation of food is always to the highest standard.
  • Implementing and verifying quality standards, procedures and daily checking procedures.
  • Monitoring stock control and stock ordering policies.
  • Maintaining a safe environment in compliance with health, safety, fire, hygiene and security legislation and company policies.
  • Updating HACCP records.
  • Ensuring security of kitchen and storage areas is maintained at all times and promoting a harmonious working environment.
  • Other reasonable requests made by Unit Manager.
The Person
  • Must be able to work alternate weekends.
  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Food Hygiene Level 3 qualified.
  • Leads by example and lives our values.
  • Enthusiastic and passionate about customer service and reputation.
  • Self motivated, works independently and on own initiative.
  • Flexible with a positive can do attitude.
