- Assisting in the smooth and efficient operation of the kitchens to ensure a consistent reputation for food quality is always maintained.
- Ensuring the planning, preparation, cooking and presentation of food is always to the highest standard.
- Implementing and verifying quality standards, procedures and daily checking procedures.
- Monitoring stock control and stock ordering policies.
- Maintaining a safe environment in compliance with health, safety, fire, hygiene and security legislation and company policies.
- Updating HACCP records.
- Ensuring security of kitchen and storage areas is maintained at all times and promoting a harmonious working environment.
- Other reasonable requests made by Unit Manager.
- Must be able to work alternate weekends.
- Experience in a similar role.
- Food Hygiene Level 3 qualified.
- Leads by example and lives our values.

- Self motivated, works independently and on own initiative.
- Flexible with a positive can do attitude.
