Job Description
Mount Charles Group is a leading facilities management company.
We are recruiting a Catering Manager to join our team based at Moy Park Craigavon.
Working Pattern- 40 hours per week

- Ensure all food is prepared and cooked to an exceptional standard, adhering to HACCP regulations if required.
- Prepare and ready the service counter for service.
- Provide the highest level of customer service consistently to all facility users.
- Collaborate with the team to deliver service on time and to the highest standard.
- Complete required administration such as recording food temperatures, updating cleaning schedules, cashing up tills, and recording daily sales figures.
- Handle bookwork procedures in line with company requirements: purchasing, cash handling, banking, and managing the weekly estimated trading account (ETA).
- Report defective equipment, utensils, and floor surfaces to the relevant Head Office department.
- Execute opening and closing of all food outlets according to company procedures.
- Attention to detail.

- Basic statutory training requirements: reading, writing, speaking, listening skills to understand safety and work instructions and communicate with customers daily.
