Rewards & Benefits Strategist

E.ON UK is seeking a experienced Reward & Benefits Specialist to own and enhance the employee benefits portfolio, collaborating with Payroll, Pensions, Communications and suppliers to deliver an engaging experience for colleagues.

You will lead annual enrolment, manage budgets and drive initiatives to optimise reward offerings while ensuring compliance and alignment with EVP and business priorities.
