The role To support and advise on the development and execution of reward strategy and activities that support the delivery of business objectives in both Health Services and Care Services. Provides reward consultancy and expertise on a broad range of total reward activities, and business projects, working collaboratively with a wide range of cross-functional stakeholders How you'll help us make health happen: Work with the Senior Reward Business Partner providing specialist input, advice and delivery of reward activities to the variable Health and Care Services populations. Contribute to the development and implementation of reward initiatives to support the achievement of business objectives, including pay, non-financial reward, incentives and benefits. Influence the strategic development of the reward approach and represent the reward team in the delivery of business wide projects and programmes. Ensure that operational pay practices reflect best practices, latest thinking and are of the highest quality. Deliver robust end-to-end reward processes and measures their effectiveness and proposes changes to their form where required. This includes basic pay, Staff Bonus and Management Bonus schemes, Sales Incentives Schemes and pay governance. Take ownership of all reward related cycles and processes including annual reward review, bonus schemes, allowances, pay policy and governance, and job evaluation Work with key stakeholders in the business to deliver the best reward programmes, in a strong and capable consultative style. Key Skills / Qualifications Needed For This Role Previous experience in a reward partnering role with demonstrable experience of working alongside the business and developing creative and sustainable reward solutions that are fit for purpose. Broad experience and understanding across all aspects of total reward. Extremely strong numerical and analytical skills experience and working in environment that requires strong attention to detail. Experience of job evaluation methodologies. Experience of working with and influencing business stakeholders and roles and holding roles which demand good problem-solving ability and the need to make decisions that positively impact the business. Holding previous roles that required strong communication, influencing, judgement, persuasiveness and negotiating skills. Experience of working with people at many levels of the organisation.Desirable Previous experience in Korn Ferry Hay Group or Willis Towers Watson methodology is beneficial. General/Operational HR as well as Employee Relations experience. There are no mandatory qualifications for this role.
