Reward Analyst: Pay & Bonuses Insights

Miller Homes in Wakefield is seeking a Reward Analyst to deliver the rewards strategy through accurate reporting, analysis and administration of pay, bonus and benefits programmes. The role provides insight to support pay decisions and ensures data integrity and governance.

You will provide reward data and analysis to HR Business Partners and senior stakeholders, and develop/automate reports to improve efficiency and insight. Strong Excel skills and HR analytics are essential.
