Job Description

Offering three internships across our Design, Creative and Strategy teams, we're focused on supporting underrepresented talent to break into the industry. First up this year: Design - an opportunity to understand how identities and campaigns are crafted whilst getting hands on with the creative process inside our studio.

Our internships are structured across three phases:

  • Absorption - Absorb and soak up what studio life is like.
  • Immersion - Immerse into work, experimentation and research.
  • Expansion - Expand your portfolio and presentation skills, getting ready to enter the creative industries.

Our internships are paid at the London Living Wage, and we'll provide the equipment you need to do your best work, including a laptop for the duration of your internship.

What you'll be doing:
  • Get involved in client projects, supporting ideation, concept development and bringing ideas to life.
  • Work with our social team to create assets for our social channels.
  • Help on research and internal projects that support the wider agency.
  • Share creative inspiration, insights and interesting work you've discovered.
  • Get stuck into studio life, collaborating with the team and learning along the way.
What we are looking for:
  • A curious mind and a passion for creativity and positive impact.
  • Enthusiasm for growing your skills and developing your craft.
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to work as part of a team.
  • Open to learning, feedback and trying new things.
  • An interest in design, branding and visual storytelling.
