Job Description

As Executive Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative and executive support across a wide range of responsibilities. You will be trusted to manage sensitive information, represent the Co CEO internally and externally, and coordinate key tasks that keep the organisation running smoothly.

Working closely with the Co CEOs and the Head of the CEOs' Office, you will play a vital role in ensuring the CEO Office operates efficiently, professionally and with a service driven approach.

Key Responsibilities Executive Support
  • Manage, prioritise and action the Co CEO's email inbox, including drafting responses.
  • Coordinate and control the Co CEO's diary, scheduling, travel arrangements and expenses.
  • Ensure the Co CEO is fully prepared for all meetings with the necessary papers and briefings.
  • Represent the Co CEO with internal and external stakeholders in a professional and confident manner.
Meetings & Communication
  • Prepare agendas, take minutes and follow up on actions.
  • Serve as a key point of contact and information both internally and externally.
Projects & Administration
  • Manage and coordinate a variety of projects, events and training courses.
  • Support personal and family related administrative matters for the Co CEO when required.
  • Work closely with the Head of the CEOs' Office on shared priorities and deliverables.
  • Contribute positively to the daily operation of the CEO Office and wider RT Team.
  • Ensure routine tasks are completed efficiently and resolve straightforward issues independently.
Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of HTB Group and Revitalise Trust, with a passion for their vision and mission.
  • Highly organised with strong administrative skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience in a senior administrative role, ideally as an Executive Assistant.
  • Excellent written communication skills, including drafting high quality professional emails.
  • Confident working under pressure and managing competing priorities in a fast paced environment.
  • Relational, personable and able to communicate clearly with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Previous experience supporting C suite or senior leaders.
