REVIT Technician

We are recruiting a Revit Technician to join our client's office in Bandon, County Cork. With 3+ years of experience as a Revit Technician, you will collaborate with a design team of MEP, Structural, and Architectural Design Technicians and Engineers. In this role, you will create drawings for residential and commercial projects, which the company will manufacture in UK facilities. You will also work with external consultants, manufacturing teams, and the site fit-out team to coordinate project designs. The role requires some travel to the UK.

Responsibilities:

• Create 3D models and 2D drawings using Autodesk REVIT based on project requirements
• Develop detailed and accurate building information models (BIM) for architectural and engineering projects
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in the models and drawings to maintain accuracy and consistency
• Plan and manage projects
• Ensure all designs, schedules, and documents meet the highest standards and are available to the production facility when needed
• Assist in the transition to producing BIM models and drawings using Autodesk Revit

Qualifications and Experience:

• Recognised qualification in CAD/REVIT/Mechanical/Electrical or Building Services Engineering
• 3 years PQE experience in a similar position
• Advanced skills in AutoCAD, REVIT, and Microsoft Office packages
