Revit Co-ordinator

Revit Co-ordinator - Northampton

£35-50k plus bonus, benefits, and 25 days leave.

Full time permanent position. 38.5 hours: 8:30 5 Mon Thurs (30 min lunch), 8:30 4 Fri (1 hour lunch). Some flexibility on start/end times after 6 months of service.

The Role

1. Full time permanent position for a large national M & E Building Services company, working on complex residential and commercial projects.
2. Office based role working as part of a team and liaising with engineering teams.
3. Production of detailed mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) models and 2D drawings, using REVIT MEP and AutoCAD MEP.

The Person

1. Working experience with Revit MEP.
2. Experience in a design and build building services/contractor environment or similar.
3. Looking for a long term office based position.
4. UK driving licence.
