Revenue Sheriff: Tax & Fine Warrants Enforcer

Garda invites applications for Sheriff (Revenue) for Counties Clare, Limerick, Offaly and Tipperary to enforce tax liability warrants, collect fines, and act as receivers under the Fines (Payment and Recovery) Act 2014.

The successful candidate must have at least five years' experience as a practicing solicitor or barrister in the state (or as a managing clerk or principal assistant to a Sheriff) and at least three years' experience in debt recovery, plus a current Tax Clearance Certificate.
