You will architect the revenue operating system powering Sales, Customer Success, and Fundraising. This is a hands-on technical role focused on HubSpot governance, automation architecture, and performance visibility. Your mission is to eliminate manual work through systemization, ensuring the commercial team remains focused on high-impact outcomes and scalable growth.

- Build and monitor complex automations via Zapier and HubSpot workflows to eliminate repetitive tasks and enforce SLA compliance.
- Develop actionable reporting layers across the full revenue bowtie to provide leadership with visibility into conversion, velocity, and forecast accuracy.
- Expert-level HubSpot administrator with deep experience in custom objects, advanced workflows, and data hygiene management.
- Proven proficiency in building multi-step no-code automations and integrations using tools like Zapier, Make, or custom webhooks.
- Commercially literate professional who understands pipeline mechanics and can translate business needs into reliable technical systems.
