For the opening of The WestDill Mayfair Hotel London, Colbert Collection, we are seeking a commercially astute and analytical Revenue Manager to play a key role in the successful launch and positioning of our luxury hotel. Join one of the first 75 team members and play a defining role in launching a new luxury destination in Mayfair. From day one, you will help shape the culture, service standards and guest experience that set the hotel apart.
Key Duties & Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic revenue initiatives to maximize occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and overall profitability.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and demand patterns to identify commercial opportunities.
- Manage pricing, inventory, and distribution strategies across all sales channels.
- Produce accurate forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, and Front Office teams to optimize business performance.
- Contribute to the successful positioning and commercial success of the hotel during its pre-opening and opening phases.
- Previous experience in Revenue Management within the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
- Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen with a proven ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Experience with revenue management systems, PMS, and distribution platforms.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English is essential.
