We are currently looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Billing Specialist to join our team at Allfunds.

About the role:

The core purpose in the Billing team role is to support the delivery of the day to day invoicing activities. The team is based in Madrid but we cover all the different Allfunds branches around the world.

• Responsible for the safe invoicing of all incoming services provided by Allfunds to our clients, making sure that all relevant information has been taken into account in the calculation.
• Responsible for ensuring that everything that is invoiced is collected.
• Accounting for income received, working closely with the Finance team.
• Client support on billing queries.
• Maintain record keeping and seek to continuously improve the documentation of procedures & training materials.
• Collaborate with various internal teams to gather necessary Information.
• Work proactively with senior colleagues and provide assistance & support to team members whenever required.
• Maintain regular communications with clients to understand their evolving needs and provide tailored solutions.

About you

• Educational Background: University degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Fluent English language: speaking, reading and listening (Other European languages will be valuable)
• Strong understanding of the asset management industry.
• Previous experience in Finance team, Billing, Operational team from a Bank or a Fund House.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
• Strong analytical thinking skills and the ability to think creatively.
• Microsoft Office: Excel, Power Point, Word, Power Bi
