Your role

Olala! is seeking a motivated Revenue Intern to join our team. This role will provide support with various administrative and operational tasks, offering hands-on experience in the field of revenue management within the hospitality industry. This position is ideal for students or recent graduates eager to learn and gain insight into Revenue Management.


Your Journey

  • Support the Revenue Management team with administrative tasks.
  • Conduct audits across distribution channels (OTAs) to ensure accurate inventory visibility and compliance.
  • Monitor and manage payment collections, ensuring proper follow-up and discrepancy resolution.
  • Assist in creating and updating performance reports to support decision-making.
  • Help review and update pricing and availability across channels according to set strategies.
  • Participate in team meetings to understand revenue management strategies and policies.
  • Provide additional support on tasks as needed within the department.
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis on market trends and guest booking behavior.
  • Collaborate in monitoring competitive pricing and market trends (benchmarking).


What do you bring to your trip

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Business Administration, Hospitality, Finance, or related fields.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Team-oriented with a strong willingness to learn.
  • Intermediate Excel skills (basic knowledge of formulas and data management).
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English is required; additional languages are a plus.
