Personal enough to know your name. Connected enough to open every door.

Axiom Hospitality is one of the UK's fastest-growing hotel management companies, and we're not slowing down. In a few short years we've grown to over 40 hotels, partnering with some of the world's most recognised brands including Hilton, Marriott, IHG and Radisson. Through our partnership with Pyramid Global Hospitality, we're not only connected across the UK, but connected across the globe.

That growth means something real for you. The people who join us now help shape where we go next, and we have a strong track record of promoting from within. For the right revenue professional, this is a chance to grow with a business that's going places.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We're thrilled to be opening two brand-new hotels in Dublin in May 2027, another exciting step in growing our presence in the Republic of Ireland. To maximise their commercial performance, we're now recruiting a Revenue Director for this dual-site role, overseeing both properties and reporting directly to the Cluster General Manager. This is an onsite role, based across both hotels in Dublin.

The cluster brings together Courtyard by Marriott Dublin (252 rooms) and Residence Inn Dublin (222 rooms), two of Marriott's most trusted brands.

YOUR ROLE

Joining the Axiom team in this dual-site role, you'll lead revenue strategy across both hotels through pre-opening, one of the most exciting stages in any hotel's life, and on into successful operation. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Developing and implementing revenue management strategies to maximise revenue and profitability across both hotels, from pre-opening through to established operation
  • Analysing booking trends, market conditions and competitor pricing to make informed pricing decisions in the Dublin market
  • Monitoring inventory and room availability to ensure optimal distribution across all booking channels
  • Working closely with sales, marketing and reservations teams to drive business performance
  • Using Marriott's revenue management systems and tools to forecast demand and adjust pricing strategies accordingly
  • Creating and analysing financial reports, including revenue forecasts, performance metrics and market analysis
  • Managing relationships with third-party booking platforms, ensuring both hotels are competitively positioned
  • Collaborating with the Cluster General Manager and hotel leadership to develop promotional offers and packages that drive revenue
  • Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, pricing accuracy and overall revenue performance
  • Balancing the distinct demand profiles of a Courtyard and a Residence Inn, including transient, group and extended stay business

WHO WE'RE LOOKING TO MEET

We'd love to hear from experienced revenue professionals who bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in a hotel revenue management role within a branded environment, ideally with Marriott brands
  • Pre-opening and/or multi-property or cluster revenue experience (desirable)
  • A proven track record of growing RevPAR, market share and profitability
  • Strong experience in pricing, forecasting, budgeting and distribution strategy
  • Confidence with revenue management systems, benchmarking tools and advanced Excel, ideally including Marriott platforms
  • Experience managing extended stay as well as transient and group business
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Excellent communication skills and the confidence to influence owners, general managers and sales teams
  • Genuine enthusiasm for change, with the energy to thrive in a fast-moving pre-opening environment
  • A sharp eye for detail, taking pride in accurate forecasts, pricing and reporting
  • A trusting, collaborative approach, building strong working relationships with sales, operations, owners and brand partners
  • Knowledge of the Dublin or Irish hotel market would be a real advantage
