You will become part of the Finance Team. The Finance Team consists of 4 people and is responsible for the financial activities of the entire VR Owl group.

The Role

You will be responsible for the order-to-pay process for both VR Expert and VR Owl, playing a key role in the company's operations. You will work closely with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure that orders are handled to the satisfaction of the customer, both financially and physically.

Key Responsibilities:

• Checking of incoming sales orders and sending out order confirmations.
• Generating sales invoices.
• Support tickets.
• Monitoring and following up on the accounts receivable portfolio.
• Following up on customer inquiries.

What we are looking for:

• Completion of a vocational or higher professional education (MBO HBO).
• Experience and affinity with financial systems; knowledge of Exact Online is advantageous.
• Fluency in English and conversational Dutch, additional languages such as French or German are a big plus.
