Job Description
Overview

Europcar Cork is looking for a Returns and B2B Compound Manager. Reporting to the Branch Manager, we are seeking a talented Returns and B2B compound Manager in Cork Airport. This is a full-time permanent role (40 hours) with flexibility and availability Monday - Sunday between business hours 7am to 9pm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service with every customer transaction to maximise loyalty, while taking full ownership of customer complaints and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure customers have their vehicles checked in a timely manner. Address all queries or concerns before they leave. Escalate to the Branch Manager if required.
  • Complete fleet administration accurately according to operating procedures (examples include CVRTs, tax discs, impros, estimates, etc.).
  • Organise all deliveries and collections; act as the branch's main point of contact with the VR and corporate sales team.
  • Manage insurance transfers, deposits and extensions.
  • Manage fuel reconciliation for the branch.
  • Manage lost property process.
  • Conduct weekly damage audits, including checks in cars and damage detection.
  • Review NPS scores daily to identify potential areas of improvement and drive NPS improvement; respond to Google reviews and update CLI log.
  • Respond to stock anomalies and take action or escalate to the branch manager as needed.
  • Utilise BOS dashboard daily as a metric for successful management of key areas of the branch.
  • Perform ad hoc duties in line with business needs.
Your skills
  • Excellent people and time management skills; commercial experience gained from retail or logistics environments.
  • Full category B driving licence for a minimum of 2 years.
  • Problem solving and analytical ability.
  • Motivated self-starter able to perform in a fast-paced environment; strong project management and multi-tasking skills.
  • Good understanding of Service Level Agreements and implementing action plans.
  • Ability to negotiate and build good working relationships both internally and externally.
  • IT literate with ability to utilise Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and safety guidelines; responsible for own health and safety and that of colleagues.
