Returns & B2B Operations Manager

Europcar Cork is seeking a Returns and B2B Compound Manager to lead a hands-on, results-focused team. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will drive outstanding customer service, manage fleet-related admin, and coordinate with VR and corporate sales teams to maximise performance.

The role requires a proactive leader with strong problem-solving and project management skills, a full driving licence, and the ability to work flexibly across a 7am-9pm window, Monday to Sunday where needed.
