Returns & B2B Fleet Operations Lead

Europcar Cork is seeking a Returns and B2B Compound Manager to oversee customer service, fleet check-ins, and daily branch operations. You will coordinate deliveries and collections, manage insurance transfers and fuel reconciliation, and drive improvements in NPS scores while working with VR and corporate sales teams.

The role requires a proactive, detail-focused leader with strong IT skills and a full driving licence, available to work 40 hours across Monday to Sunday.
