Retrofit Site Manager - Energy Efficiency & Compliance

Cardo Group is seeking a Retrofit Site Manager to cover the Penzance area. You will lead retrofit site works, ensure compliant installations, and maintain excellent client and resident communication across multiple contracts.

A background in construction supervision and a focus on safety are essential. The role requires 5+ years in site management, with knowledge of PAS2035/PAS2030 processes and strong coordination skills.
