Retrofit Quality & Compliance Lead

M Group Energy, via Aran, is seeking a Technical Quality Manager to own quality, compliance and audit performance across retrofit installations at our Bury St Edmunds site. You will work with operations, technical and supply chain teams to ensure work is completed to industry standards.

The role focuses on leading PAS 2030/2035 and TrustMark compliance, driving audits, analysing outcomes and supporting improvements across projects.
