Retrofit Administrator at Bell
Location : Royston
Salary : £30,000
Job Type : Full-Time
Bell is a leading provider of high-quality building services and solutions. We are currently seeking a proactive and experienced Retrofit Administrator to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate Retrofit Projects : Support the seamless execution of retrofit projects by managing and organising tasks across various teams.
Manage RLO's : Coordinate Retrofit Liaison Officer (RLO) activities, ensuring smooth communication and operations.
Support Site & Contract Managers : Provide administrative assistance to site managers and contract managers to ensure projects are on track and deadlines are met.
Maintain Project Documentation : Ensure all relevant documents are organised, filed, and up-to-date for compliance and reporting purposes.
Liaise with Stakeholders : Act as a key point of contact between clients, contractors, and internal teams, ensuring clear communication at all times.
Track Project Progress : Monitor and report on the status of retrofit projects, identifying any potential delays or issues.
Key Requirements:
Experience : Minimum 3 years of administrative experience within a construction firm, ideally in a retrofit or similar field.
Excel: Competent user of Excel with ability to produce and input spreadsheets, automate reporting and analysis
Sound Knowledge : A strong understanding of retrofit processes, procedures, and terminology (desirable)
Coordination Skills : Proven ability to manage and coordinate multiple stakeholders, including RLO's, site managers, and contract managers.
Organisational Skills : Excellent attention to detail with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage deadlines effectively.
Communication : Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to work well with diverse teams and clients.
