Job Description
Position Title: Retreat and Guest Relations Manager
Salary: Up to £44,000 per annum + Benefits
Hours: Full time 40 hours per week, 5 days over 7 to include weekends and bank holidays
Based at YO62
Line Manager: Head of Guest Operations
Key relationships: The Monastery Lead for Hospitality
Line management of:
- 2 x Retreat Coordinators
- 1 x Event Coordinator
- Volunteers within Retreats & Events
