Retail Team Manager: Inspire Sales & Lead a High Energy Store

Matalan is seeking a Team Manager in the United Kingdom to inspire a high-performing in-store team, model our values and drive sales. You'll coach colleagues, run the store in the absence of the Store Manager and shape a great shopping experience through effective leadership.

This role requires a confident communicator, VM knowledge, and the ability to spot sales opportunities, manage costs and adapt to changing retail conditions.
