Retail Team Manager - Lead Sales & VM (25 Days/20% Disc)

Matalan in Belfast is seeking a Team Manager to lead a high-energy store team, drive sales, and model the company's values. You will coach staff, ensure excellent customer service, and run the store in the absence of the Store Manager.
