Retail Team Leader: Motivate, Coach & Drive Store Success

Co-op Digital is hiring a Customer Team Leader in Carnwath to run the store day to day, lead the shift, coach the team to deliver great service and efficient operations, and champion Co-op values on the shop floor.

You'll work varied shifts, including early mornings, afternoons, late evenings and at least one weekend shift, with 30 hours per week and regular overtime. You'll enjoy a 30% discount, pension contributions, and 36 days holiday pro rata.
