Retail Team Leader: Lead Service & Team Success

Asda is seeking a Team Leader in Harlow to drive the day-to-day running of the department, lead by example, support colleagues and ensure customers receive the best possible service.

You'll help manage stock, onboard new starters, and step in to resolve problems, working closely with your manager to maintain high standards and keep the team motivated.

This permanent, full time role (36 hours per week) offers a competitive hourly rate of £14.10 and a supportive retail environment.
