Retail Team Leader: Inspire Service & Team Success

ASDA in Eastleigh is seeking a Team Leader to run the day-to-day operations of your department and to lead by example on the shop floor. You'll support colleagues, manage stock, and ensure our customers receive the best possible service, even during busy periods.

You'll work closely with your manager to uphold high standards, keep the team motivated, and handle weekends and evenings. Prior retail experience and strong communication are important for success.
